Luton Hoo Estate is seeking a Receptionist / Administrator to join our Estate Office team. This is a key front-of-house and administrative role within a historic country estate, offering a varied and rewarding position in a unique rural environment.

As the first point of contact for visitors, tenants, contractors and members of the public, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth and professional day-to-day running of the Estate Office, while providing high-quality administrative support to the estate management team.

The Role

• Welcoming visitors and liaising with tenants, residents and contractors

• Handling telephone calls, emails and enquiries and coordinating meetings

• General office management including invoice support

About You

• Highly organised with excellent communication and customer service skills

• Confident using Microsoft Office and managing multiple priorities

• Friendly, professional and approachable
