Talks on Monday
at Luton Hoo Estate
Join us for a fascinating talk examining how national events changed the Luton Hoo Estate between 1900 and 1950

The talk looks at the ambitious schemes undertaken by Sir Julius Wernher and his wife after their purchase of Luton Hoo in 1903 and the subsequent upheavals to the Estate caused by two World Wars. How was the Estate to survive in 1950?’
The morning begins at 10.30am for or tea/coffee and a biscuit, with the talk starting at 11am and ending at 12.30pm.
